We’ll be hosted in Blue Room Cellar, a downstairs space inside the Chicago Firehouse, the 1905 landmark that has held court on the corner of 14th and Michigan for over a century. It’s a room the restaurant keeps mostly to itself, with its own bar, a sound system built for vinyl, and the kind of quiet, candlelit atmosphere that doesn’t need much from anyone. Just walking in feels like the night has already started.
