The Challenge

RTI International sought to migrate two legacy workflows to a comprehensive platform that would facilitate engagement with its stakeholders through more agile, transparent, and secure processes. The organization needed to ensure the accuracy and continuity of its critical workflows related to Financial Conflicts of Interest (FCOI) and At-Risk management, while also strengthening collaboration with external partners by enabling direct and reliable access to the FCOI process. In addition, RTI aimed to optimize operational efficiency, enabling its teams to dedicate more time to initiatives with greater strategic impact for the business.
