We migrated historical subscription data into Salesforce, creating a robust and relational database ready to support future scaling. This migration ensured that TheyDo could leverage all their past data without disruption. In addition, we implemented Agentforce Sales to optimize and scale their sales processes. This included enabling discount request and approval workflows, automatic ARR delta calculations for commissions, and integrating opportunities with subscriptions to streamline the sales cycle.
