Collaborating for Change: Cloudgaia, Salesforce, and the Government of Buenos Aires

Since 2024, we have participated in the Talento Tech program, an initiative driven by Salesforce and the Buenos Aires City Government (ARG) that supports the training of new talents through weekly mentoring over 3 months in Salesforce Developer and Admin courses.

This initiative is part of our Pledge 1% commitment, a Salesforce-driven initiative encouraging partners to donate 1% of their resources (time, product, capital, and/or profits) to support the integration of various NGOs and organizations. It is also aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals of Quality Education and Reducing Inequality.

In Talento Tech, students are guided by expert mentors who play a key role in the program by providing mentoring and personalized support, offering not only technical knowledge but also real-world experience and organizational culture.

This program is creating a bridge between education and employment in the technology sector. With an accessible, hands-on training structure supported by expert mentors, the program is transforming the career paths of hundreds of young people in Buenos Aires, helping them take their first steps toward a successful career in technology and opening up new opportunities in the world of Salesforce.

Cloudgaia Mentorship: Empowering the Future of IT Talent

Cloudgaia has expert Salesforce mentors who lead student groups, offering their time, listening skills, and experience, ensuring support, teamwork, and learning. Our mentors in Talento Tech are:

Denise Volpe, Pablo Fraquia, Nicolas Maldonado, Bruno Venturini, Tomás Kammann, Nico Aguilar, Denis Monsalve, Juan Carlos Lopez, Natalia Genoro, Nacho López, Claudio Carpentino and Francisco Harte

With each new group of students, we call on mentors again, but there are also those who choose to repeat the experience, contributing their perspective and learnings to the current team. This creates a collaborative network where knowledge is shared and enriched among peers.

During the three months of each edition, mentors also build a community among themselves: they support each other, share doubts, best practices, and dynamics that enhance the experience for the students. A true team that learns by doing.

Talento Tech 2025 Experience: Creating Impactful Learning Experiences for the Next Generation of Salesforce Developers

This year, we took a step further in the Talento Tech program: we welcomed a group of ten students to our Buenos Aires offices, where they had the opportunity to hear firsthand the story and purpose that inspires us, shared by our founding partners: Nicolás Orzabal, Francisco Okecki, Santiago Ramos Mejía y Francisco Orzabal

In addition, they toured our offices and had conversations with three of our developers, Denise Volpe, Pablo Fraquia, and Bruno Venturini, who shared what their day-to-day roles are like in a 100% Salesforce Summit Consulting Partner company. They discussed their experience, work methodology, and the importance of Soft Skills. They also explored the interview process and lived the experience of being a Cloudgaier from the first contact, guided by Martina Ramos Mejía, Talent Analyst at Cloudgaia. We concluded the meeting with a shared lunch with the Cloudgaia Argentina team.

It was a day full of energy, curiosity, sincere stories, and real connections; moments that leave a mark. Because when we accompany, we learn. And when we share, we grow.

Since its launch, the program has generated very positive results in terms of employability. Over 100 people have been trained in Salesforce tools, successfully integrating into companies in the sector. This underscores the commitment of Salesforce, the Buenos Aires City Government, and Cloudgaia to promote access to quality training and labor inclusion in such a crucial sector as technology.
