About CONA Services

CONA Services is the leading IT support organization for the 11 largest Coca-Cola bottlers in North America. They provide solutions for bottlers to optimally manage their day-to-day business and refresh the world.

We partnered with the CONA Digital Office (CDO), an interdisciplinary and inter-agency team of product and engineering specialists, to work as one team and upgrade their B2B eCommerce platform with a focus on customer experience.

The Challenge

To empower its B2B eCommerce platform through Salesforce technology, making it customer-centric and versatile. Each bottler using the platform has a unique profile, requiring a flexible solution to tailor Coca-Cola’s product offerings to their customers.

myCoke: a platform, powered by Salesforce, that transforms the way bottlers and customers do business.

Powered by Salesforce, myCoke offers centralization, personalization and scalability in the product offering through a customizable platform. 

During our partnership, we built a brand new greenfield Salesforce Lightning Solution using Salesforce’s Marketing Cloud and B2B Commerce. This scalable platform includes multiple storefronts, hyper-personalized experiences, automated recurring orders, optimized reporting, and more.
