Senior Salesforce Frontend Developer (LWC Specialist)

Purpose of position

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of user interfaces for Salesforce applications using Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Collaborate with backend developers to integrate frontend and backend components.
  • Architect and develop highly scalable UI solutions using Salesforce technologies (Apex, Aura, Visualforce).
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, establishing best practices for UI/UX development and code reviews.
  • Engage in regular sprints following Agile/Scrum methodologies, ensuring project milestones and deliverables are met.
  • Take charge of debugging and troubleshooting UI components across different browsers and platforms.

What we need for this role

  • 8+ years of experience in frontend development, with a strong focus on Salesforce technologies.

  • Deep understanding of MVC, BEM, and responsive design patterns.
  • Familiarity with version control systems like SVN, GitHub, and build tools like Gulp, Jenkins.

Purpose of Position
A Salesforce Developer is expected to build SFDC project solutions based on the Tech Leader guidelines and Technical Architect recommendations, using both declarative and code-based tools.

The Salesforce developer is first an admin that knows and understands when to use the declarative tools before building code-based solutions.

Marketing Cloud Consultant

Purpose of Position
The Marketing Cloud Consultant focuses on the daily operations needed to successfully run a client's email marketing and SMS/Push Notifications program. The successful Consultant will create client-specific documentation, complete basic reporting, and troubleshoot client issues. This role is also responsible for assisting the program management teams with campaign deployment and basic platform support needs.

Provide a first level of support to email marketing clients.

Purpose of Position
Owns the application lifecycle which includes scheduling, coordinating and the management and execution of releases across the entire Salesforce platform.
