Purpose of position
As Account Executive at CloudGaia, a Summit Salesforce consulting partner, you will drive revenue growth by developing new business opportunities within assigned territories, with a primary focus on Consumer Goods, Retail, and Public Sector markets. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, while positioning CloudGaia as a trusted advisor in Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Territory Development: Own and develop assigned territory, with specific focus on Consumer Goods, Retail, and Public Sector verticals
  • Pipeline Generation: Create and maintain a robust pipeline through proactive prospecting, industry networking, and collaboration with Salesforce AEs
  • Sales Execution: Manage complex enterprise sales cycles from initial contact through contract negotiation and close
  • Solution Consulting: Articulate CloudGaia’s value proposition and align Salesforce solutions with client business challenges

Purpose of position
At cloudgaia, we are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Architect with deep expertise in Salesforce Commerce Cloud and B2C commerce to drive the design and implementation of innovative eCommerce solutions. In this role, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and technical experts to develop scalable, robust architectures that leverage Salesforce’s capabilities to meet our B2C commerce objectives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Architectural Leadership:
    • Lead the design and development of high-performance, scalable, and secure B2C commerce architectures built on Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
    • Define and implement technical standards, frameworks, and best practices for system integration, data flow, and service orchestration within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Technical Strategy & Innovation:
    • Evaluate emerging technologies, trends, and industry standards in the Salesforce and B2C commerce landscape to drive innovation in our solutions.
    • Recommend and integrate new Salesforce tools, platforms, and methodologies to enhance our commerce capabilities and user experience.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Work closely with business leaders, product managers, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions on the Salesforce platform.
    • Facilitate technical discussions, workshops, and design reviews to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and best practices in Salesforce implementation.
  • Solution Design & Integration:

Required Skills & Experience

A Salesforce Developer is expected to build SFDC project solutions based on the Tech Leader guidelines and Technical Architect recommendations, using both declarative and code-based tools. The Salesforce developer is first an admin that knows and understands when to use the declarative tools before building code-based solutions.

Purpose of position
Owns the application lifecycle which includes scheduling, coordinating and the management and execution of releases across the entire Salesforce platform. The releases can be inclusive of application updates, Projects releases, new functionality or hotfixes across the whole pipeline reaching Production as the final stage.
