Purpose of position
We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Release Manager with strong technical expertise, strategic thinking, and high autonomy to lead end-to-end release processes across complex Salesforce environments.This role acts as the technical authority for DevOps practices, ensuring stability, traceability, and efficiency in deployments, while aligning technical execution with business objectives. The candidate will be the owner and trusted leader of the release process, capable of operating across technical, tactical, and executive levels.
Key Responsibilities
1. Release Governance & Ownership
  • Act as the owner of the Release Management process, ensuring control, traceability, and compliance.
  • Define and optimize release strategies across multi-org and multi-team environments.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with deployments, including rollback strategies.
  • Handle code merge conflicts and cross-team dependencies autonomously.

2. DevOps & CI/CD Leadership
  • Design and implement end-to-end DevOps solutions within Salesforce ecosystems.

Purpose of position
The Salesforce Solutions Architect is responsible for designing scalable, secure, high-performance Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives and enterprise architecture standards. This role ensures that business requirements are translated into robust technical solutions, while maintaining the long-term scalability, maintainability, and operational efficiency of the platform. The Solutions Architect must ensure alignment between business objectives, technical design, and delivery execution across all projects and teams.
Key Responsibilities
  • Translate business and technical requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce solutions.
  • Design end-to-end architecture across Salesforce clouds and integrated enterprise systems.
  • Ensure solutions align with Salesforce best practices, platform limits, and enterprise architecture standards.
  • Define integration patterns and data flows between Salesforce and external systems such as ERP, middleware, and third-party platforms.

This role involves close collaboration with the sales team and customers to understand their needs and challenges, providing technical support and innovative solutions.
The Solution Engineer Executive plays a key role in ensuring that solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned with Salesforce ecosystem best practices.

We are looking for a Salesforce Senior Account Executive to drive revenue growth by managing and expanding a portfolio of mid-market to enterprise accounts.The ideal candidate will lead complex, high-value sales cycles through a consultative approach, building long-term relationships with customers and aligning Salesforce solutions with their business challenges.This role requires strong sales execution skills, strategic account management, and a deep understanding of Salesforce products and enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities
  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, solution positioning, negotiation, and closing.
  • Develop and execute account strategies to grow existing customers and acquire new ones.
  • Identify customer pain points and align them with appropriate Salesforce cloud solutions (Sales, Service, Marketing, Platform).
  • Collaborate closely with Solution Engineers, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partners.
