Purpose of position
The Marketing Cloud Technical Consultant specializes and focuses on building Marketing Cloud solutions that could be part or not of the Salesforce ecosystem as well as understanding the Marketing business strategy defined by the client in order to follow MC best practices. The ideal candidate will play a key role in integrating Data Cloud to unify user profiles and enhance real-time segmentation.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical consultation on Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.Present high-level overviews of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud architecture and integrations capabilities for technical implementations.Conduct end to end solution testing and validation.Configure Marketing Cloud Connector with Salesforce Service or Sales Cloud.Execute advanced configuration/development activities.Be up to date with Marketing Cloud new features.Works with multiple cross-functional teams.High level knowledge of other Salesforce Core Clouds.Expertise in writing SQL statements for data extraction.Expertise in HTML. The Solution Engineer Executive plays a key role in ensuring that solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned with Salesforce ecosystem best practices.

We are looking for a Salesforce Senior Account Executive to drive revenue growth by managing and expanding a portfolio of mid-market to enterprise accounts.The ideal candidate will lead complex, high-value sales cycles through a consultative approach, building long-term relationships with customers and aligning Salesforce solutions with their business challenges.This role requires strong sales execution skills, strategic account management, and a deep understanding of Salesforce products and enterprise customers.

  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, solution positioning, negotiation, and closing.
  • Develop and execute account strategies to grow existing customers and acquire new ones.
  • Identify customer pain points and align them with appropriate Salesforce cloud solutions (Sales, Service, Marketing, Platform).
  • Collaborate closely with Solution Engineers, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partners.
  • Forecast accurately and maintain pipeline hygiene in Salesforce CRM.

  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, establishing best practices for UI/UX development and code reviews.
  • Engage in regular sprints following Agile/Scrum methodologies, ensuring project milestones and deliverables are met.
  • Take charge of debugging and troubleshooting UI components across different browsers and platforms.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce platform updates, continuously incorporating new tools and best practices into the development process.

Key Responsibilities
  • 8+ years of experience in frontend development, with a strong focus on Salesforce technologies.
  • English B2+
  • Proficient in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Visualforce, Apex, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
  • Deep understanding of MVC, BEM, and responsive design patterns.
  • Familiarity with version control systems like SVN, GitHub, and build tools like Gulp, Jenkins.
  • Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Karma, Jasmine) and implementing BDD/TDD methodologies.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
